• Shipping all with Signature Confirmation and Insurance

Your order will be sent out via USPS in jewelry box inside a padded envelope and will  include a signature confirmation and insurance.  The added prices for shipping are:

            $10 USPS First Class

            $15 USPS Priority Shipping (2-3 days)

            $20 USPS Next Day Shipping

Please make your selections during the check-out process.

Also, please note that I have many items are in stock.  I ship those pieces right away.  Because most pieces are made to order and due to my production schedule there may be a 1-3 week turn around time for your silver order. For gold vermeil it can be 4-6 weeks because I have to send it in batches to my gold plater. I do prioritize my retail orders and will do what I can to ship as soon as possible.

I hope you love your new piece but if there is an issue such as size or length, etc. I want to make it right.  Please get in touch via email and let me know how I can make you happy. If it just isn't working for you I understand that too and can issue a refund within 7 days or credit after that.
